Our first visit was undertaken promptly and the door delivered and fitted within the expected time frame. Charlie and his team were brilliant on the day of installation and very professional. We now have a hardwood door with stained glass features and stainless Steele/chrome ironmongery. We had provided a photo of what we wanted the door to look like and I can’t emphasise enough how accurately it came back- it looked the same as the picture, if not better!!! We absolutely love the look of the door and the stained glass gives a very typical “London-style” feel and provides a lot of lovely light through our hallway too. Charlie and his team fitted French Doors/ a Large Bay window and Casement windows for us This was a huge long overdue project however Charlie kept me calm for the duration. From the beginning Charlie was so more accomodating and flexible than other companies when it came to Wood types /Style/ Window Furniture. The Joinery is high standard and our windows are much admired! I can highly recommend the Joinery Denne to anyone about to embark on needing windows replaced and so happy with our decision to use Charlie and his team. Charlie and his colleagues made us 7 bespoke interior doors of solid ash, perfectly replicating the originals. The carpenter said they were the best made doors he had ever installed (and he has hung a lot of doors!) In addition to superb craftsmanship, Charlie is reliable, prompt and friendly. We’ve just had our old, warped and draughty single glazed front doorset replaced by Charlie and wow what a difference! It was a big job as the opening is 2.4m and despite the pouring rain Charlie and his colleagues were brilliant, they worked so hard to get it finished and put up with my stupid questions all day. The finished door is even better than we hoped it would be. From my first enquiry via Instagram Charlie was so helpful, we showed him some photos of what we’d like, he measured up and got on with making it, it blows my mind someone can make something like this from scratch! We’ve had a few neighbours pop by and they are amazed at the quality and finish. We opted for Banham locks which did cause a delay in the fitting (Banham the issue not Charlie!) but it was well worth the wait. The glass sourced for us (from photos we showed him) is lovely and we’re so pleased with the finished look. Would highly recommend Charlie and his team for all bespoke joinery in Surrey and surrounding areas. I’m already thinking of the next projects we can get him to quote for in the house!
